You may request a refund or replacement within 60 days of your order date if:
Your item arrives damaged or defective
You received the wrong item
Your order did not arrive after the estimated delivery window
The product is significantly not as described
We will either resend the item or issue a full refund — your choice.
What’s Not CoveredWe cannot offer refunds or exchanges if:
You changed your mind after receiving the product
The item does not fit due to incorrect size selection (please refer to size charts carefully)
You did not send the correct address and the product was not delivered.
You reported the issue more than 60 days after the order date
The issue is due to normal wear and tear or misuse
